Several times a year, Sébastien Sanjou invites winegrowers to create unique food and wine pairings based on a particular theme, to be enjoyed together around the large table in the house.
 
These dinners become unique moments, where guests discover the soul of a wine estate or region, guided by the winemaker himself.
